You can find your ticket in the 'Bookings' section of the app. If your ticket is missing, it may be due to being logged out of the app or a loss of internet connection. To restore it, ensure you have a stable connection and refresh the app by tapping the Options button (iPhone) or Menu button (Android). Your ticket should reappear after a few seconds.
