Both the Irish and UK Governments have stated that it is mandatory for passengers to wear face coverings while travelling on public transport. You must wear a face covering when travelling on our coaches unless you meet the exemption criteria set by the Government. For guidance on face coverings please visit the following websites:

Our coaches are comprehensively cleaned every night by our expert team of cleaners, including regular disinfection of all entrance door handles, window ledges, seat belt clips and other touchpoints.

In summary:

  • Do not travel if you feel unwell
  • Plan your travel in advance and book your ticket online
  • You are required to wear a face covering or mask for your journey, it needs to fit well and cover your mouth and nose.
  • Put your face covering on before boarding the bus and take it with you at the end of your journey.
  • Use the hand sanitiser on board
  • Allow extra time for your travel
  • Use cashless payment options where possible

While we have returned to full capacity, we would urge everyone to please still be considerate of other passengers and adhere to government guidelines on face coverings and hand hygiene. If the coach is not full, please use your judgement and occupy seats away from others where possible.
