Aircoach are pleased to advise all passengers that we will be operating a full service on St Patrick's Day 2010.
We would, however, like to inform passengers of the following diversions to our service on Wednesday 17th March 2010 due to St Patrick’s Day parades and celebrations:
Dublin Airport - Dublin City / Ballsbridge / Leopardstown:
Due to the Dublin St. Patrick's Day parade the following stops will not be in use between 05:00 – 15:00 on Wednesday 17th March 2010.
Suffolk Street
Westmoreland Street
O'Connell Street
Trinity College
The following temporary stops and routing will apply.
Customers Travelling To Dublin Airport:
All normal stops up to and including Dawson Street and then:
Pearse St. - opposite Trinity Capital Hotel
Gardiner St Lower - Brown's Hostel
Gardiner St Upper - Discount Electrical
From Dublin Airport:
Gardiner St Upper - Discount Electrical
Gardiner St Lower - Brown's Hostel
Pearse Street Station, Westland Row
Dublin Airport – Bray – Greystones
We would like to advise passengers travelling on our Greystones service on Wednesday 17th March 2010 that, due to parades in Bray and Greystones, there may be some minor delays to our service between the following times:
Greystones: 11.30 - 13.30
During this time our stop opposite the DART Station will not be used and we would advise customers to use either our stop at Charlesland or Lidl. This will affect the 12.00 & 13:00 departures from Greystones.
Bray: 15:00 – 16:30
During this time our stop in Bray at Superquinn will not be used. Our service will pick up at the Ramada Hotel but on the Bray Southern Cross Road rather than the Vevay Road. This will affect the 15:15, 15:45 and 16:15 departures from Bray (which are the 15:00, 15:30 and 16:00 departures from Greystones).
The Greystones DART Station and Bray Superquinn stops will also not be used for setting down passengers from Dublin Airport during the times listed above. We will be happy to set down at the alternative stops during this time.
Dublin Airport – Cork (via Dublin City Centre) route:
Dublin - Cork
Our departures from Dublin Airport to Cork are all due to operate as per schedule.
The 07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 services from Dublin City Centre to Cork will, however, depart from Wood Quay on the south bank of the River Liffey.
The 17:00 and 19:00 service are scheduled to depart from Westmoreland Street as normal.
Cork - Dublin
The 07:00, 09:00 and 11:00 services from Cork to Dublin Airport will not call at Dublin City Centre but will proceed straight from Kildare to Dublin Airport.
Passengers wishing to travel to Dublin City will be asked to transfer onto our fast and frequent Dublin City service from Dublin Airport.
Demand for the services to and from Cork may be high and we would strongly recommend booking online, up to 5pm the day before departure, by visiting www.aircoach.ie to guarantee your seat on the coach departure of your choice.
Dublin Airport – Belfast service:
Our Dublin Airport - Belfast service will operate as normal on St. Patrick's Day to our new timetable.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these diversions. We look forward to welcoming you on board and wish all our customers a very Happy St. Patrick's Day.
