Q: What time is the first coach at?

Q: What is the Aircoach fare?

A: Tickets are priced differently per route. Please select a route to see full fare.
 

Q: What currencies do you accept?

A: On the Belfast - Dublin Airport - Dubiln City Centre service we accept both Euro and Sterling, however please note that Tickets purchased from our Customer Service Staff at Dublin Airport Terminal 1 or 2 can only be purchased in Euro.

On all other services we only accept Euro.
 

Q: What is the journey time?

A:

(1) From Leopardstown the journey time is approx 1 hour and 20 minutes.

(2) From Donnybrook the journey time is approximately 60 minutes.

We recommend you leave more time on Friday evenings as traffic tends to be heavier.

Q: Where does Aircoach stop at Dublin Airport?

A: The Aircoach Dublin Airport stop is located just outside the Arrivals Halls at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (from 23rd November 2010).

At Terminal 1, turn left immediately as you exit the terminal building. At Terminal 2, please continue along the same level following the signs for buses and coaches, cross the footbridge, and then exit down the escalator on the left hand side. Our Customer Service Team will be there to greet you and to answer any questions you may have.

All our services operate from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

When arriving by coach at Dublin Airport, our first stop will be on the Terminal 2 Departures Road, with the coach then continuing to the Terminal 1 Arrivals Road. 

 

Q: Can I bring a bicycle or other large luggage on board the
Aircoach?

A: We value our customers and will do our best to accommodate you. Space permitting we will be happy to transport these items.
 

Q: Have you extended your Donnybrook Route?

A: No, we are now operating an additional route to Leopardstown from Dublin Airport, this also adds a higher frequency of coaches to our service operating from Donnybrook to Dublin Airport.
 

Q: Is the Aircoach less frequent at the weekend, or on Bank Holidays, or around Easter, Christmas and St. Patrick's Day?

A: Aircoach operates the same service 7 days a week except for the following exceptions:

  • Christmas Day there is no service

Q: Where do I purchase a ticket?

A: From the driver on the coach or the Representative at Dublin Airport.
 

Q: How long is the Aircoach ticket valid for?

A: Single Tickets purchased on the coach are only valid on the journey on which they are purchased or, if purchased from our Customer Service Team at Dublin Airport, on the next departures from the Airport.

Return Tickets purchased on the coach or from our Customer Service Team at Dublin Airport. The outward portion of your ticket is only valid on the journey on which they are purchased or, if purchased from our Customer Service Team at Dublin Airport, on the next departures from the Airport. You can use the return portion of your ticket on any journey, on any date, on your chosen route.

Single Tickets booked online will be accepted for travel on any departure on your chosen route, on the date specified on your booking. Your seat is only guaranteed on the timed journey (where applicable) specified on your booking.

Return Tickets booked online. The outward portion of your booking will be accepted for travel on any departure on your chosen route, on the date specified on your booking. Your seat is only guaranteed on the timed journey (where applicable) specified on your booking. On presenting your booking confirmation you will be issued with a Return Ticket. Please keep this Return Ticket safe as you will need it for your return journey. You will be unable to board the coach without the Return Ticket issued on your outward journey. For the return journey your seat is only guaranteed on the date and timed journey (where applicable) specified on your booking. You can, however, use the return portion of your ticket on any journey, on any date, on your chosen route.
 

Q: What is the fare for children?

A: Discounted child fares are available on all our routes. Children under the age of 5 continue to travel free provided they are accompanied by a fare-paying adult (including senior citizens). Children over the age of 13 continue to be charged as normal adult fares. 

Q: How do you collect lost property?

A: Please call our office on +353 (0) 1 844 7118 and we will do our best to locate your property. Any lost property will be stored at our offices in the Airport Business Park, which is near to Dublin Airport, for a maximum of 3 months. It may be collected from here, by prior arrangement, between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately due to security reasons we are unable to forward lost property by post or on board our coaches.
 

Q: Is it possible to book a coach for a group of people or get a group discount for a large amount of passengers travelling on the service?

A: Yes. If we have a coach available we would be happy to give you a quote for private hire.
Persons travelling in a group of 50 and pre book their tickets through Aircoach receive 10% discount
